Today we were featured in the Southern Utah Student Film Production Incentive Panel. It went really well, Marshall Moore moderated with Phil Peters, Cowboy Ted, Danny, Myself, Jake Johnson and Scott all given a turn at speaking about the incentive as well as A Monster in the Attic. The panel officially announced the incentive and our film as the pilot project for future feature films that will be shot in Kane County. Adam Rasumssen (2nd Assistant Camera) and Brant Reinhart (Production Assistant) were also able to attend the panel and it was really great to see them again. Kane County also launched their official website that promotes the Southern Utah Student Film Incentive, check it out here! It was really an honor to be asked by Marshall and Cowboy Ted to be a part of this panel and it was a really great experience for us.
Danny and I were interviewed by The Wasatch Journal and will be featured in their Red Rock Issue in April.
After the panel we had a great lunch with Phil and The Johnsons. Jake and his family then walked around Park City while Danny and I got some work done back at our condo.
After taking The Johnsons back to Salt Lake City, I got all dolled up and went to the Kodak party. It was a great party I saw Suzy Allen and Matthew Curtis of the Florida Film Commission and the Florida Film Festival respectively. Danny and Bryce are pretty sick and decided to stay back at the condo tonight. It was a fun party and I wasn’t out too late.
This festival has been such a great experience, but since I havent been home in over six weeks I am ready to get back to LA.
